Meal/nutrition for son with Lyme Disease

My son has struggled for years with the effects of Lyme Disease... particularly with gastrointestinal issues. My wife and I have struggled with providing nutrition for him. The Arktopia smoothies are providing much needed nutrition, especially when mixed with milk. The flavors are quite good and he enjoys them when most foods are poorly tolerated. Thanks!
