Not only has PRI-D been proven to reduce oxides of nitrogen (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbon (HC) and particulate emissions (PM), fuel consumption per unit of power output is reduced anywhere from .55 to 1.3 percent on clean, test stand engines.

PRI-D has a fungicide that prevents fungus from growing in it and a shelf life of 3 years after opening.  For diesel, under good conditions and keeping water out, with an annual retreatment, the fuel could last almost indefinitely.
